LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

The Lincolnshire Wolds is a living, working landscape, with woodland, grassland and abandoned chalk pits providing important habitats for rare flowers and wildlife. This is an area of countryside with some of the most beautiful, unspoilt scenery in the East Midlands. There are rolling hills and hidden valleys, gentle streams and nestling villages.

The Lincolnshire Wolds Railway

Just a 12 minute drive away is the Heritage Steam Railway. Trains run from Ludborough to North Thoresby - the return journey takes 35 minutes.

Free parking is available at Ludborough station, where there is a shop, museum and buffet which serves a range of home-made fare and light refreshments.
